Stage One : Completing the Briefing form / The briefing form allows us to get a little insight into your business and personal preferences, and provide any graphical imagery or logos that you will need displayed on your store.

Stage Two: The Visual Proofing / We'll send you a mock-up online, of what we believe the store should look like. You can then feedback to us using the 'feedback tool' and let us know of any amends. You can make an infinite amount of changes and we'll make sure all you wants, needs and desires are catered for.

We will provide updates to the design on email so you can keep checking to see the new amended version until you are 100% happy with the layout.

Stage Three: Once the store design has been agreed we will create you 5 custom pages to compliment your store. Past users have placed pages on: 'about us', 'contact us', 'payment & delivery' amongst others. We will require text files from you for each custom page and we will then construct a design around this.

Stage Four: At the same stage as putting together your custom pages, we will construct your auction template for your complimenting auction designs. Again we will work through the approval process until you are satisfied.

Stage Five: Agreement of Design / Once you've agreed the template, we will then create you an private client login area on our web site where you can have access to all the necessary files that created your eBay store design.

Stage Six : At this stage we will discuss the upload of your eBay store graphics. We can either automate* the process for you and install to your store. Or you can use a pdf guide that sits in your client login area to complete the upload yourself.

* If you wish for us to upload the graphics we will require your username and password for eBay, however we will not log into your 'My eBay' area so your privacy is protected.

Stage Seven : Once your store has been correctly installed you will then be able to continue your eBay experience with all the designs in place. We are here to help you with any further queries you may have going forward.
